Shipping FAQs
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Please allow 3–7 business days of processing time before your order ships out.
How long is the shipping time?
Shipping times vary depending on the product:
- Standard Shipping (most items): 6–10 business days
- Extended Shipping (select items): 15–25 business days
The estimated delivery time for each item is shown on its product page before checkout, so you always know what to expect.
There are circumstances outside of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, customs delays, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur with our shipping carriers. For this reason, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order with no penalty within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may have already entered processing or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible. To request a cancellation, email us at support@kidslinko.com with the subject line “CANCEL” and your order number.
I entered an incorrect address!
If you’ve misspelled or auto-filled your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us immediately at support@kidslinko.com with your correct information. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually correct the address within 24 hours. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
My item arrived damaged
We package every item with extra care, but on rare occasions (roughly 1 in 1,000 orders), a product may arrive damaged due to mishandling in transit. If this happens to you, please contact us at support@kidslinko.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged product
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across Australia and to select international destinations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you can track it anytime on our Track Your Order page using your Order ID and email.
